I study how people and organizations develop new skills and capabilities (learning) and manage to not rely on the obsolete mindsets and practices (unlearning), especially when they face radical changes in their socio-technical environment. In my current research project, I actively study the medical diagnosis practice (e.g., radiology) and examine how the new technological changes such as machine learning and artificial intelligent systems transform knowledge and learning in medical practice.
