"Unlearning Education and Learning to Learn"

  • Traditional education, based on “content-assessment-certification” is no longer viable in our fast-changing, interconnected, knowledge intensive/impulsive, and technologically heavy age.

  • We need to unlearn this model of education, which means critically examining its viability and move beyond it.

  • Learning is the crucial dynamic, which is the continuous expansion of our capabilities of engaging with and dealing with complex situations.

  • Learning to learn, hence, is one of the crucial aspects of our life, career, and organizations, which can be summarized in the Wheel of Learning.
