"Unlearning Education and Learning to Learn"
Traditional education, based on “content-assessment-certification” is no longer viable in our fast-changing, interconnected, knowledge intensive/impulsive, and technologically heavy age.
We need to unlearn this model of education, which means critically examining its viability and move beyond it.
Learning is the crucial dynamic, which is the continuous expansion of our capabilities of engaging with and dealing with complex situations.
Learning to learn, hence, is one of the crucial aspects of our life, career, and organizations, which can be summarized in the Wheel of Learning.
